Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing Restora for your purchase. We strive to ensure that your shopping experience with us is satisfactory. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping fees paid during the purchase.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
